Primary Responsibilities: 
• Lead the selection and implementation of a new Billing/Operational System
• Lead the on-going enhancements, maintenance, stability of this system
• Lead selection of other software systems required for a full-featured, highly stable mission critical and operational environment, such as OTA, content management, network management, others, select/integrate with appropriate computer hardware
• Proactively Identify Recurring or Chronic Problems & Develop Action Plans for resolution
• Work closely with vendors and internal departments as needed in order to resolve complex service issues

Experience: 
• Experience and detailed familiarity with a major Billing/Operational System, both from a user’s/operational standpoint and from a software/database technology standpoint
• 7 plus years of experience in software development, maintenance selection and lifecycle management 
• 2 – 4 plus years of SQL and/or database design / query language experience 
• Minimum of 5 years experience with Project management for major software implementation

Skills Required:
• 2 – 4 plus years Telecom experience 
• Knowledge of CDR’s, mediation, rating and billing – wireline or wireless
• Strong technical understanding of applications software, architecture database, schema and structure, API’s with web services, report generation and data mining
• Familiarity with web services, Linux/ Unix, NET, ASP.NET, SOAP and other open source web based technologies
• Java, and C++ (a plus) 
• Self starter, ability to work under limited supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor 
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
